Marine energy and marine and fisheries research is an issue that Nagasaki University is committed to addressing with all its resources.

  • The Organization for Ocean Future Innovation will collaborate with the Graduate School of Engineering (Faculty of Engineering) and the Graduate School of Fisheries and Environmental Sciences (Faculty of Fisheries and Faculty of Environmental Sciences) to promote the development of human resources who can contribute to the development, utilization and conservation of the ocean.
  • In cooperation with research institutions, industry, and local governments in and outside of Nagasaki Prefecture, we will establish a system that comprehensively addresses research on marine energy development and utilization, marine environment conservation and restoration, and sustainable use of marine biological resources.
